   This document describes Tobias' past experience and education.  This

.  About Tobias

   Tobias is a software developer currently working for Capture One A/S.
   He graduated with a bachelor's degree in software development from
   the IT-University February 2020.  During his time at ITU, Tobias
   became very fond of programming.  He enjoys working with a variety of
   tools and languages.  From performant, hardware-specific C code, to
   high abstraction languages such as Elm and Scala.  Tobias' interest
   in software started from a young age when he first got his hands on
   the map editor for Heroes of Might and Magic III, he has spent much
   of his free time since exploring different digital creative mediums
   such as photography, 3D art and modifying games.  Software tools for
   creative processes such as image manipulation, 3D software, animation
   tools, game editors and much more has therefore always been a great
   inspiration for Tobias.  It was his interest in this realm of
   software, that lead Tobias to pursue an education in software
   development.  Tobias loves good u and would gladly talk for
   hours about espresso brewing at home.

2.1.  Bsc in Software Development - IT University of Copenhagen

      2016-2019

   "From a technical point of view, Tobias demonstrated an ability to
   assimilate a lot of state-of-the-art contents, discuss design choices
   and implement efficient code.  This semester, Tobias has been a TA in
   the course I give on Operating System and C.  He is much appreciated
   by the students for his kindness and expertise."  [PB]

      A Study of Partitioning Algorithms For In-Memory Databases:

      In this thesis I studied and implemented a number of different
      algorithms in C, to utilize multi-core hardware for large database
      operations.  I largely extended my knowledge about programming in
      C for larger solutions and parallel computation.

3.1.  DevOps Engineer at Capture One A/S

      2023 - Present

   Tobias plays a pivotal role in orchestrating software delivery
   pipelines, optimizing infrastructure, managing production services,
   and successfully executing large-scale migrations with a strong
   emphasis on reliability and attention to detail.

3.2.  Fullstack Developer at Lendino A/S

      2020 - 2022

   Tobias worked in a small team of developers in Lendino A/S.  His work
   included working on new features for the platform, cleaning up legacy
   code, supervising interns and fixing bugs.

3.3.  Software Developer at Greenwood Engineering

      2020 - 2020

   Tobias maintained software for advanced equipment, made for measuring
   pavement conditions in the road sector.

   As a Teaching Assistant at ITU, Tobias worked together with the
   course coordinator to facilitate a good learning environment for the
   students.

   The purpose of the education is to gain gymnastic, didactic and human
   competencies to be a gymnastics instructor in an association.  [DGI]

4.2.  DTU - Vinder af konkurrencen 'Fyr den af'

      November 2010 - Aebent Hus Konkurrence

   The Challenge of this competition was to construct a rocket made out
   of cardboard or paper, and launch it using air, elastic bands or
   match heads.  The prize of the competition was awarded at DTU in Kgs.
   Lyngby.  [DTU]

A.1.  Dishwasher and Prepcook

      2015-2016 - Dusty's Bar and Grill Whistler, Canada

   When I finished upper secondary school (HTX), I decided to move to
   Canada for a year.  I decided to get a job at a Bar and Grill as a
   dishwasher ( and later prepcook ) so I could afford food and pay for
   rent myself.

A.2.  Parkour and Gymnastics Instructor

   I've been a gymnast for a long time and when I was 17 I decided to
   become and instructor to also teach about the sport I was so
   interested in.  This was also my first paid job.
